Same weight as last week... really stuck on this plateau. What the ?? Can't figure it out.. but I hope to see some reduction soon.

Change things up a little. Up your protein! Up your fiber! Eat more dairy (shown to reduce body fat)! Up your exercise intensity or change the exercise you normally do. Our bodies get used to the same old same old.

I think you have to change your excercise routine every 4 weeks so that you don't get stuck. Also I decided to cut back on my salt. I think it's keeps me at a plateau. Keep at it you'll push past it.
