Although I got on the scale this morning and it was up again, I didn’t let that get me down. I did pretty darn good eating well today. I’m super excited that I took 1 diabetes pill last night instead of 2 and this evening my. Sugar levels were normal!! Took my kids roller skating which I have always loved doing and side benefit it’s great exercise- yay!
