Well getting back into figuring out my diet and nutrition goals. Working out is a lifestyle for me so the diet is the challenge. I lowered my caloric intake to 3000. I have also eliminated soda from my diet (I love an ice cold soda). I have also eliminated just about all fast food ie.. Mc Nasty, Burger Gross etc...I'm adding a gallon of water a day and making sure I get at least 170 grams of protein a day. M
