It's been only two full days of dieting but I've lost 1.5 pounds. I think the first week will be the most drastic drop because the salt bloat and water weight that I've been carrying around for months is melting away. I think my body is in shock that it hasn't consumed McDonald's in a few days!
Two coworkers asked me if I'd lost weight yesterday, which seemed absurd because it's only been 48 hours of eating healthy. But I guess that goes to show just how much grease and salt I'd been consuming before. They said my face looked thinner. That's positive but I feel very hungry today, so that is a bit disappointing.
