I logged all my planned food in the morning and had to make a few adjustments along the way. Like collards became spinach when I went to get the collards and they were not edible. I figured if I logged it in, I could see the net carb count before the day was over, to stay on target. It helped. Hope everyone is doing well. I'll snoop around and see how my fellow challengers are making out.
