made a bit of a blunder on day2 of the diet; mummy bought chips and I gave in. Once my cravings were activated, I munched on speckled eggs and chips -- forgot my lunch and will excercise to make up :)

As long as day 3 is clean , next time think of me before you cheat ne, because in my mind I have a clean eating challenge with you for 21days , still have 19 days left. this challenge is not diet but more healthy food choices you make:-)

Hi Thenjiwe , Not really a challenge like the ones they list on fatsecrete , but Fati and I have been eating bad for a few days so I made up my own challenge that we are making better foot choices from Monday (10Nov) onwards. try to skip the chips and cakes and stuff, Fati don't even know shes in a challenge with me, LOL , but If you want to join me you welcome , eating clean for the next 19 days - Meaning no junk, if you do eat something bad just make sure you exercise.

Sure Im game. I sometimes do that as well eating maybe 1 small lunch bar or 1 small packet of Doritoz. I think it will be a good idea to try and not eat junk at all for the 19 days. Ok thanks.

Hmmm Speckled eggs ! My last bad day was on Monday - so far having 2 good days which are keeping me a little bit more motivated! Good luck with the challenge ladies :)

So we can update on this post of fati everyday . So far I'm still doing good, wanted to buy popcorn but its more out of boardem as I'm not hungry at all. I rather had two glasses of cold water instead. anyone exercising tonight ?

Where are you based? We have rainy weather and it's cold! So soup tonight and so lussing pancakes again... but will stick to soup :) I'm skipping exercise this week and focusing on getting my diet back on track... but can't wait to get back next week ! Find myself craving a jog ... I must be getting a fever or something :-p

Its not a crime. I have those days sometimes. I then just balance my next meal by cutting out something extra then also make up during exercise. Last night I had macaroni and I felt so bad that I went for a jog almost at 8. Lol
