Have not been on here for a week or so but will weigh in this coming Monday, we arrived safely to our winter haven, from the Pacific Northwest..
Arizona is nice and sunny and warm...my kind of weather...
Now to get back on track...is the answer...
I was very careful about eating on the road and my weigh in on Monday will tell the truth...ha ha ha
I have been walking for the past 3 days so hope that has helped some..had urges to step on the scale as I bought it along with me...5 months would be a long time to NOT weigh in...but I will wait until Monday and grin or bare it...whichever way it works...so until then I will work hard...keep going everyone, we all will beat this weight problem for sure...patience is a virtue...
