I started my weightloss journey in September (didn't start on fat secret until January) with a goal of losing 1 pound per week. This was my last resort before trying gastric bypass. I just wanted to say that I have been so happy with my weightloss (37 pounds to date). I decided to actually make a lifestyle change and make resonable goals that I am able to accomplish. I also did not want to starve myself. Those types of diets have never worked for me in the past. I eat 3 meals a day and a snack and try to keep my calorie intake around 1700-1800. I also try to make my exercise as fun as it can be.
Thanks to everyone who has been so supportive!! For those of you who are struggling - hang in there!! If I can do it so can you!
