Hello,
I am 27 years old and have been married for roughly 2 and a half years. I have been heavy my whole life and for the first time I am ready to commit to change. I know I have a long journey ahead but the end goal is worth it.
My husband and I have been TTC since we got married. I was diagnosed with PCOS 6years ago, so concieving has not gone well. We were able to concieve once after about 2yrs of trying, but the joy was short lived, as I had a miscarriage. After taking some personal time to grieve my husband and I are more then ready to try again.
I have been to Dr after Dr and they all suggest the same thing before they do treatment....LOSE WEIGHT.....so here I am ready to start this long fight for the real big prize in the end....health, happiness and family :)

Let the journey begin :)

What are some of your embarassing/emotional/eye opening reasons for loosing weight?
I can relate to almost every reason on here, which is really sad Sad airplanes, leg crossing, chin, shopping, self image, fat friend, pretty face (which is a polite way of saying your body is ugly), you name a misery of being over weight and i "fit" that catagory...sadly the one place i do fit...but my turning point was when i was told my weight was what was preventing me from having a family. My Dr. told me that on January 7th of this year...i have since lost 16.6lbs and continuing on down...if the threat of not having a family isn't enough to make me change, i dont know what would be.
One day I will be the me that I have always seen inside this fat suit

Healthiest Cracker?
the Wheat thins with 37% less fat then the original wheat thins nutrition info is
Per 13 crackers
90 calories
2.5g fat
1.0 saturated
0 trans fat
160mg sodium
16g carbs
1g fibre
2g sugar
2g protein

I love these crackers as an alternative to chips, they give you that crispy/salty texture that you crave, they are also great with light laughing cow cheese
