Day 7 back on no flour no sugar and weighed and measured food plan...am reporting my food to my friend Erin..if I make a food plan change I call her and report that...just worked out and walked some...as soon as it warms up a smidge want to get back to 3.1 daily. ok guys...we can do this together...eliminate foods you cannot eat safely.
