ancora 7,5kg e passerò dalla fascia "obesità lieve" a "sovrappeso" ! 7,5kilos more and I'll go from "class I obesity" to "overweight" !

è che credo che ci sia ancora tanta acqua da eliminare. Poi credo che l'assunzione regolare di centrifugati di frutta e verdura mi abbia aiutato molto a riattivare il metabolismo :)
