came home and was starving, so i ate a piece of salmon cooked in butter, with a nice salad. yummy!!oh and ranch dressing.i cannot do that anymore. it has sugar :(.

Kitty, make your own ranch dressing using hidden valley ranch original buttermilk recipe. Use whole buttermilk, kraft real mayo, and it will only have 1 gram of carbs per serving.
