Went to Chinese for lunch so I tried to be careful what I ate...

steamed fish
1 crab rangoon minus the bread
spoon of mixed vegs, no corn
string beans were too sweet didnt eat
sauteed mushrooms
hot and sour soup, no noodles
cheese and spinach
We will see how I did in the days to come... very confusing
