Pulled a muscle in my back last Tuesday so I have not been able to run or work out for a week. Never in a million years would I have imagined me complaining about not being able to run!!

Stayed with friends over the weekend and their idea of meals is pulling out chips and dip and other snack food. My own fault - I should have known better. Too much activity over the weekend - too much drinking and not enough eating right.

I have not lost focus - I just have to keep reminding myself to quit eating junk food!

I don't know how injured you are. Have you thought about walking for a while while you are recouping? l hope you feel better, soon.

Thank you Jennifer. I did walk a little but stopped when my back started hurting. My brother gave me his exercise ball to use with some stretching exercises. This helped. I tried to run this past weekend and could only make about 2 miles before my back started tightening up. I walked the rest of the way. I guess I just need to stretch more at home before I head out for a run. Thanks for checking on me! Grace
