I'm still tired but not as tired as I was yesterday. I gorged myself on good foods but according to the calculator I was still only at 1500 calories. I'm trying out new recipes and not feeling a bit guilty about eating the fat around the edge of my venison steak. My wife still is very resistant to the paleo idea.
236.4 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
