Day 4 I'm feeling pretty good. I still have a bit of a headache but every time I step on the scale I can't believe my eyes. I'm not hungry. I'm not sweating my arse off at the gym. I'm just eating lots of real, good food. Fat and all. It's almost too good to be true. We'll see how it pans out in a few weeks.
