This is the reason why they tell you not to weigh yourself every day. I didn't over eat yesterday (though I did over drink =/) and I worked out, so I'm not going to beat myself up.

I hit the gym every day M-F this week. I didn't do my full workout every single day, but I did something and I'm proud of that.

I haven't managed to fall in love with swimming, yet. Working on it, though.

166.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well you know your on plan, so it must be your water weight shifting for some reason (hormones, sodium, exercise, stress, lack of sleep, etc.). Just keep going. Your chart looks great.
