Got to the gym late but still ellipticalled my 35 min. Only swam 400 meters, but I may go back later today.

Tonight my sweetie's out playing DnD, so I'm going to do a mini spa night for myself. Kind of a reward for sticking with this for 3 weeks.

I still wish I was losing faster. I may try to run some evenings to add to the deficit (and that'll be time where I can't eat, too!)
166.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 36.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
