Epic fail for second day this week. Have learned some lessons though so all is not lost. Back on the wagon and flush all this damn candy out. Need to keep my eye on the prize and break the 200 pound mark. I get soooo close then blow it on candy binge. Failure is not an option after how hard i have worked to get where i am today. Must stay positive.
