This morning I came across an old picture of me and some college roommates taken 8 years ago. Man, definitely an eye opener, and definitely makes me want to push myself a little harder. I weighed about 30ish pounds less at that point and boy did I look so much better! I think I’m going to hang it on the fridge and use it as a motivation when I go into the kitchen to snack.
