Last nights lifting session:

10 minutes @ 8 incline & 3.8 mph cardio warmup

SUPERSET

Barbell behind the neck press (seated) 40,30,20,10,10 reps
Barbell Front raises 40,30,20,10,10 reps

SUPERSET

Dumbbell Shoulder press (Arnold) 10,10,20,30,40 reps
Dumbbell Shrugs 10,10,20,30,40 reps

I did this same routine for shoulders last week, but I never recorded it for some reason.

Good luck with recovery this go round Chad. Its tough with low carbs and calories. :)

So far so good. I have 95% of my daily carbs before and after my workout, so I havent needed more than 72 hours to recover from the workouts so far. I also find recovery to be a lot faster with a high volume plan vs a powerlifting plan.

I don't do a whole lot of tracking on bodyspace, I just have my before info and photos up for #MPGRIND, and I will be posting my final results on the due date. I would say that you get way more info about my progress here on fatsecret that you would on there. I will find you.
