Let the counting begin again.
Loved the holiday week, but its time to get back to the business of 1500cal a day, or less!!!!

Same here, I hit my reset button yesterday. Holidays are a brief fun indulgence, but we have to get back on track to meet our goals. We CAN do this and we WILL do this.

I gained 3 pounds just because I cheated on Thanksgiving. It’s crazy how hard it is to come off but so easy to put it back on!

Yes!!! oh my god yes. I can gain weight just thinking about food, but I have to run 50 miles naked in the snow balancing a 4 door car on my pinky just to lose an ounce... 😐😂
