Had a lipid panel done this morning. I have lowered my Cholesterol from 230 to 159, my Triglycerides from 151 to 54!! and my HDL from 76 to 54. This is the first time I have had a lipid panel with all of the numbers in the "normal" range. That is even better than the 27 pounds that I have lost!!!

That's awesome! I just got mine back today too... You want your HDL (good cholesterol) higher than 60 to be in low risk. The HDL Cholesterol (good) binds with the LDL Cholesterol (bad) in your blood stream. Then it carries it to your liver to be broken down. To bring your good up eat a serving of berries everyday. (strawberries are very good):)
