I didn't enjoy Pilate class today. I felt I was straining the muscles of my neck and lower back... not good at least for me who has back problems. I'll stick with zumba and with yoga...

Wow!!! Glad you liked! They say we can burn up to 600 calories in an hour class (for a 150 pounds person). I never in my life ever sweated so much in an exercise class...and enjoyed it at the same time! :-)
