dressI bought that dress today to wear to a wedding next month.. The large fit PERFECT so I bought a MEDIUM because I really don't want to buy a large and then it is too big in a month... worst case senario is that either 1. I have to wear some kind of heavy duty control top thing to get it zipped up (I can get it on but the little side zipper under my arm will not do up) or 2. I will be able to wear it at MY bridal shower in July :) I really do not usually buy clothes that don't fit but since I have lost 13lbs so far and am working hard I am sure that I WILL be able to wear it soon enough... I felt really good in it. It is so cheery, flirty and summer... very feminine. and I felt pretty in it. I am finding it easier and more enjoyable to try on clothes... used to be so depressing.
I was at the gym for an hour and a half today... 1 hour of yoga/pilates class and then 30 min of cardio. and a few hours of shopping!! 4 hours to be exact :)
The one part of my body that I have really noticed a big difference is my shoulders!!!! they are lean and defined... must be cause I work them in pilates and yoga, and weights, and on the elliptical I use the machine that works your arms... all my hard work is paying off.... slowly but still.
