Today was a small victory. I did not want to work out, but I did anyway!

I did a low intenstiy 30 min you tube video. It was perfect for today. I just didn't have it in me to get my butt kicked by a HIIT routine. It was just enough to get my heart rate up & keep me interested for 30 mintues.

Confession: I had 4 mushroom croquettes with dinner. For those who do not know.... they are fried. Insert both happy face and frowny face. LOL!

It has only been a couple weeks since I began my exercise regimin, but I can see and feel muscle that I couldn't see in July.

Two goals:

short term: don't eat the feta in the fridge! you've had enough this week!

long term: research types of mediation. create a plan to incorporate it into yoour lifestyle.

Nice victory in working out when you wanted to rest. Feta is nice in small quantities. Too salty for me.
