I am challenging myself to a 15 week challenge. Starting today and ending on June 27th. I want to lose 40 lbs. I will have to lose 2.6 lbs per week. I want to be under 170 lbs by my youngest sons birthday celebration. How am I going to do it? Excercise 5 days a week for one hour per day. Yes I freaking hour. I will also stay under 1400 calories. I will stop eating when I get to 1400 and I will plan to use them wisely. On my way to my treadmill of torture and elation.
