Today is weighting is day. I am a little concern but I think I did okay. I know I am not going to loss 6 pounds every week but I am trying to loss about 4 every week on the aveage. Which sounds reasonable from a guy who once weighted 201. I hope I make it. Keep on going and don't loss sight of your goal.

Four pounds a week is a lot, but as a guy, you might do it, lol! I am lucky to lose 2 pounds a month. Good luck!
