Today I am down to 189.8. (Tomorrow will be my official weigh-in)

I put a lot of miles in this weekend. My fitness friend who's diet I am supporting took me to Tin Drum on Friday. We had an awesome dinner. Some sort of glass noodle bowl with grilled tofu. We ate a lot, and because of that unknown calorie count, I decided to run it off Saturday morning.

Saturday, I started off with a four mile run. I intended to run the long way to the new Walmart then catch the bus home. I got to Walmart and was paying for my drink when I realized that I didn't bring my bus card. Okay...I'll just walk home the way I'd normally go, right? Turns out that my normal route to Walmart is 6 miles. So 10 miles later I arrived home - exhausted!!!

I bike commuted to church Sunday. Tried to keep it easy on the way there so I didn't sweat too much, and I think I succeeded. I didn't feel like going home afterwards and proceeded to bike home. I took the train for a few stops then biked over to see a friend. From her house I biked until I got too tired and took the train the rest of the way home.

So, I feel like I had a great weekend all in all. Who knew biking could feel relaxing :-)
