I wonder what the arrows mean? My arrow always seems to be red. When does it ever change colors. I have meant 25 percent of my loss and still my arrow is in the red. I going very slowly at this weight loss than I anticipated. Will be patient and keep trying. I need to exercise more, that is for sure.

Are you talking about the red line next to your history chart? They do change but not sure when or how or why. Are you recording everything you are taking in??? I do think you are making a common mistake that less is more on this WOE, and it's just not the case. And your veggies, where are they??? For your current body weight, I would think a pound a week, consistently is doing really well... but I do think you should keep up your calories to 1350 - 1500 at a minimum, and add some healthy fats to your menus. Eat your food, and use the protein shake as a snack item, not a meal replacement, if possible. And don't forget your water.

Weekends are horrible in terms to logging my food in. I'm just so busy and also not home much and I hate logging it on with my phone. But overall, I have been pretty good with following the diet. I'm still of the mind set that fats are bad, so I use it sparingly. M-F food log gives a much better picture of what I'm eating. Thanks for the advice Paula. Will try and do as you say.
