Finally broke the sound barrier...what might appear to be sound. I ran 9 miles late Thursday night when my car's starter died while visiting my mum. I was frustrated, no one to call at that hour. I needed a distraction. This was beneficial, not destructive. Hey, I could have opted to eat and watch a movie. :-)
