1 Week away from 1 Month mark on Atkins. I have read 5 chapters of the book (and still reading) I am feeling so good! I almost met my RDI... 2x now. (Kinda scary because I am not hungry. How can you losse weight if your stomach is not growling? LOL!)

Today, I weighed in, 1 more lb gone. Total weight loss since Feb 10, 2011: 15 lbs

I had a craving for eggs... LOL! I have my fridge and pantry stocked, but choose them. Tomorrow, need to switch to something different for lunch and dinner.

Getting my blood work done tomorrow. Should be able to view results next week. Have appt to see Dr later in the month. Going to see about Vitamin B shots and have her help me monitor my results from here out.
