My diet is simple. I eat anything I want, but I measure and weigh everything. I have never dieted with so little stress! I eat fabulous, healthy (mostly) food. I can hardly believe how much I can eat. It gives me real hope. I have crashed dieted over and over and was so very miserable. And clearly, it was not a long term cure for the problem.
