BAD. Been gone for awhile.
Current Weight: 172.6 lbs (78.29 kgs) 16.6% Body Fat.
To be honest, 2.5kgs isn't nearly as bad as I'd expected (considering all the booze and food I've been consuming...) but it's still 2.5kgs too many. Been working out once/twice(max) a week for the past Month or two and not really watching my diet.
Change starts TODAY.
