Journal 2 Today:
Realized I needed carbs quickly today at lunch. Felt incredibly lethargic suddenly and dizzy. I don't think I slept real well last night and my body just decided to start shutting down. I ate my planned lunch, then followed it with a bowl of oatmeal and a slice of pizza. I know, I know. Sounds terrible. But, it fell well within my calorie intake and really did not throw my carb intake out of whack. Dizziness is gone, so it must've worked. Man, it is hard to strike a balance sometimes. I am still pretty tired and thinking I am going to spend the evening at home watching Netflix. I have been exercising a lot lately. I suspect I am due a night off.
Here is the plan for the rest of the weekend:
Saturday: Zumba 1030-1130 followed by a relaxing day with the horses trail riding.
Sunday: 5 mile run; weight training.
Calories: Under 1500 calories daily, strive for 100 grams of protein
