I don't know what I'm eating, but the last two days I've woken up with an upset stomach in the middle of the night. I'm not enjoying it, and it's not like I've had anything super strange.

I did really well with my calories yesterday, and I may have even overestimated. I'm trying to cut out non-essential carbs. For example, we had tacos last night, and so I just ate beef and cheese. The tortillas we have are like 200 calories, and they just aren't worth it. We had hamburgers last week, and I went bunless. I think it helps a little bit. I'm still full from the meal I ate, and I have a few more calories to spare otherwise.

Does anyone have any good flavoring ideas for seltzer water? I'm trying to quit soda (I'm addicted to carbonation), but I haven't really found anything that is good for me. I have the crystal light packets, but they are just as bad for you as diet soda is. Any suggestions would be awesome!

I know it's not the same but I'm just mixing fruit with mine - I looove C2O in water too, but instead of having a full glass of it, I blend a little bit of strawberries, kiwis or apples with 1\2 glass of still water and then add sparkling. sounds weird but it's quite nice :-)
