Nothing about diet just my morning. What a beautiful morning!! The rain quit late yesterday afternoon over an inch of much needed rain. I didn't accomplish much though. Ended up sitting in my front yard chairs chit chatting with neighbors. Wish I had a nice front porch. I have a small low deck planned for someday. Saw the first hummers for the year; will need to get my hanging plants and a few more feeders hung up in that tree this weekend. Breathing is easier with the pollen washed out of the air.
Finish my coffee, shower and dress, and get my herb bed weeded so I can put in my new plants, haul more bags of compost and mulch. A neighbor rang my doorbell at 7am, she knew I would be up. She was asking to borrow my tiller today. Her sweet old man dog died during the night, not unexpected. They need to get through the sod to dig a grave. I will probably end up helping them.
Was out in front in my pj's :)) The grass is wet and my plants look happy. I can see from my kitchen window the lines of green where I planted seeds last week. Once the grass dries it's time for mowing and the weed eater. Then maybe tackle another section of my yard.
