Today was another day that it was hard to get up and about. I dropped Kait off at school and then had to go pick up Phil at the Bart...after that, it took every ounce of willpower to get my lazy butt up to work out. Once again, I am glad I did but it was still rough. I felt okay after and got to work. Towards the end though, I felt myself crashing. I believe I am coming down with the cold my nephew has which, in my opinion, he had bronchitis and I am not looking forward to it as I am very prone to getting it. Part of it is also because I have not had any chocolate today. Sounds stupid but its true. I went through similar withdrawals with the A&W Cream Soda. I am still not sure if I want to give up chocolate or not. I definitely need to cut down my sugar intake but yeah. Not sure if I am ready.

Day 2 Summary
*Oil Pulling: Still doing very well with this and enjoying the improvements that are happening. Now if it would completely get rid of my sensitivities, everything would be perfect (not that my teeth are straight but yeah lol).

*MIF-Cardio/Strength/Yoga (another source): I feel my motivation starting to drag but I am forcing myself to do it. The fact that in the mornings, when I check my blood pressure and see that it is actually normal without my medication only brings hope that I can someday be off my medication altogether.
-MIF-Cardio: It was just Cardio today. I am slowly starting to enjoy this workout but it is slow goings. I like the Cardio and Strength portions but it is a tad difficult together, especially since it has been causing my Tietze's to act up. To those who don't know what this is...its basically arthritis of the ribcage.
-AM Yoga: I fell into a deep meditation this time and I almost missed moving on because I was so relaxed. I know that as I continue with these workouts, that I gain more and more flexibility.
-PM Yoga: TBA

*Abs Challenge: I am putting this on hold for now.

*Steps Taken (Goal-5000): 5697

*# Cups of Water (Goal-8 cups): 9
