I almost didn't work out today but I forced myself since it's the easier workout day. I still don't have a car which is making life very difficult. Got in a good walk but I swear...heat exhaustion is a terrible thing. Even now, all I want to do is curl up and sleep. Not sure why but I am kind of running on shut down mode and I still have a lot to get done. I am going to try my best to get everything done but I am not very hopeful on that. I need to update my RP games, work and try to finish a section in homework, and get a drawing done. *Sigh* I guess I will see how far I can get.
Day 12 Summary *Oil Pulling: I managed to do this this morning, but oddly, my jaw has been hurting a bit today. I think I am clenching my jaw more thanks to the added stress of unwanted guests being here.
*MIF-Cardio/Strength/Yoga (another source): I almost didn't work out. I woke up early, my allergies were acting up and I had absolutely no energy, no drive to want to do anything. -MIF-Cardio: The Cardio portion of this workout isn't so bad but I feel bad that I didn't finish very strongly. Despite working out, my energy drain just doesn't seem to be lifting. -AM Yoga: This certainly kept me calm and relaxed but I didn't enjoy going through the Warrior 1 & 2 poses. I could have just stayed in the corpse pose, I would have been fine. -PM Yoga: TBA
