We worked out at the gym for 2 hours. It felt soooo good. I can't wait to do it again. I'm hoping to work out my upper body more than I did today. I realized that the eliptical isn't as easy as I thought. I would rather do the treadmill and stationary bike than the eliptical. I think it's going to be a Motrin night. LOL

On a plus note, I drank my eight glasses of water already. I know I'm going to have a couple more glasses before I go to bed.

Tomorrow Jazmyn and me are going to see my father-in-law at the hospital. She's allowed to go into the room. I know it'll cheer him up before his surgery on Wednesday. Once they move him back here, no kids allowed in the room.

Wonderful workout!!! The elliptical isn't THAT bad!!! You just have to pace yourself!! Good job on the water ... sounds like you are on a roll!!!

I tried to pace myself. I'm thinking that if we would've started out on the elliptical, it wouldn't have been so bad. I'll give it another shot next time. Yesterday, we did 10 min., but I stopped a few times. Next time, I'll try to go 10 min. straight. I know it's not much, but it's a start.

Wow, 2 hours! That's fantastic. Was the entire time on the elliptical? I usually do 30-min on the elliptical, and decrease the resistance/incline by 1 every 2-3 minutes just to keep things interesting. Do you have any good upper-body exercises?

I usually use all the machines at the gym. They work various parts of the body. I also try to do the workout from Jillian's site that's set up for me to do that particular day. Her workout works everything. I also have a few Biggest Loser & Jillian Michaels workout dvds that I alternate between to change things up at home.
