Doing well this week. Finally I am not feeling bloated. Think I need to add some fiber to my diet to keep things moving along. We'll see if that helps. Been to the gym three times (Sun, Mon & Wed). Going to start removing the wallpaper and repainting my daughter's bedroom. That should keep me busy and active over the weekend.
