What's the deal with the constipation. I see that I am not the only one having issues in this area. I took senakot the past two days and still having problems. I need this to stop now cause I am miserable. Any suggestions?

Are you drinking your water? Chug four cups of water right now, then tonight before bed squirt some lemon or lime juice. I like to make a shot glass of it. Don't forget to brush your teeth afterwards (its an acid). You should hear you belly start to grumble about 30 minutes afterwards and you should be able to go tomorrow.
