Well it has been a while since I wrote in my journal. The good thing is that I have been recording my weight loss, food and exercise diary. Things are going food and weight loss is slow but steady. Just need to keep it up and wait for spring so that I can get out and get more active. I have been busy inside painting but last Friday I was at my beach house and it was 75 degrees. I guess I have springitis.
