I'm beyond excited. I've ordered an exercise bike (see picture) which can handle well over my weight, and it's dead silent, which is ideal for my upstairs flat. I'm gonna obsess over this thing, big time. It'll be here within about a week.
Just you wait — the weight is gonna fly off!
It'll build up my legs too, although they're already pretty strong, but they can't take a beating like they used to, so I want to build them up in preparation for all the jogging I'll eventually be doing. :D
I'll somewhat log my biking sessions here, too.

Ate too much today. Oops. They were only boring peanuts, though. It's one day, so I won't punish myself for it. Lol The protein will probably do me some good.
