Oatmeal for breakfast, a big salad and two big rolls at Sauce for lunch and a couple apples.

Then I ate a dozen snack size candy bars before riding home. That didn't amount to much weight but I was disappointed in myself for eating them just the same.
152.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I just did that with a little bag of cookies from the snack machine....I mean, really? They weren't even worth it....

I fail the most in the evenings, still trying to curb what I call the late night hungries. One thing I have to stop doing is buying some of the foods I love, like the Kashi bars. I'm on the last box I own, and then I will do my best to not buy any more of them. Can't promise I won't but I'm going to try.
