So today has been trying but I am proud. Still have not caved into the craving for an A&W Cream Soda. Its super hard and I want one soooo bad but I have resisted. One a really positive note, I have been hitting my 8 cups of water mark! That is a HUGE accomplishment for me. Slowly, I am purging my pantry and fridge of all the bad stuff but I don't want to waste it so I am just eating it and once it is gone...no more! Like those damned Ramen noodles...once they are gone...that is it! On a side note, I have learned that Raleys (which is very close to where I live) carries Purple potatoes!! I am sooo excited but I am not sure if they are organic or what have you...need to check more into it.

Now with my little summaries, I am starting over at day 1. I am not going to reset my diet/weight loss/food diary trackers though. I have this really weird OCD about having everything in a row if that makes sense. Now...I don't mind off days and such but for some odd reason, this close to starting...like I can't allow it. I dunno...I've got weird quirks. I just don't want to be a blog for my sister's wedding in September.

Day 1 Summary
*Oil Pulling: This still causes me to gag but only once and I get over it. It's not so bad...though I still had the taste. I have noticed that some of my teeth are appearing to whiten up while others still have a way to go. Not quite sure how it works but I am not going to complain.

*MIF-Cardio/Strength/Yoga (another source): So I had every intention of working out but the minute I put my hair into a ponytail and put on my heart rate monitor watch, my 8 month old woke up screaming and crying. It is getting too late to start up now so I will just have to make it up over the weekend on my rest day.
-MIF-Cardio/Strength: N/A
-AM Yoga: N/A

*Abs Challenge: I am definitely feeling this now even though I started it over. Its a good hurt though and I am getting better at sit ups. I still need to put a pillow under my lower back/hips but I am pushing through.

*Steps Taken (Goal-5000): 6289

*# Cups of Water (Goal-8 cups): 9 (This is just such a big accomplishment! I am so proud of myself!!)
