I hope that this week I can get back to working out at least 60 mins a day. I wasnt feeling good this past week. The week before all the kids were sick. I dont want to slip back into my lazy patterns. reading my Bible daily and loving it. I am I have been doing good with the food part though. NO crap foods and I dont even crave them. Still not eating past 7pm. Staying in my calories. The only thing I am not doing well is exercising. I skipped one day and a few others I did just 30 mins at most.

Today is superbowl sunday and if you are a Steeler fan like we are then this is a holiday bigger than thanksgiving. Food, fun, parties, screaming, cheering, eating, waving the towel, eating. Stores close early and we party all night long. Tomorrow schools will have a 2hr delay due to the game. It's a great day here in the Burgh. People all over the world or at least the US will give up on eating right and overeat and feel like crap and drink too much and have a "great" day. I am determined to not be one of those people. I dont believe in cheat days. I dont need to eat during this game. Today I will eat healthy, stay within my calories and not eat after 7pm. Tomorrow I will wake up feeling successful regardless of the numbers on the scale because I know I will have stuck to it today.
