I started back on an exercise and diet routine Monday. I've been working out in the morning before work and in the afternoon when I get home. In just the 2 days I've been doing it I've felt a difference in how I feel in the morning and my energy level throughout the day. This morning, however, is a different story. The power went out before I got home from work yesterday due to the weather and was still off when I got up this morning. Needless today I wasn't able to do the workout I had planned last night because I needed my computer or my workout this morning because I wasn't going to do it in the dark. I did do a few ab exercises yesterday when I got home, but I didn't feel accomplished when I got done. I feel so sluggish this morning. Even after breakfast and coffee I still feel like I could go back to bed. I will be able to do my workout tonight when I get home because it will still be light enough but I'm hoping the power comes back on today so I can get back to my routine.
