Ive been super stressed lately and now feel terrible for neglecting my routine. I've put on 3 lbs and just feel gross :(

Keep going sweetie! Try to get more rest. Sometimes extra sleep alone will help drop a pound.

Try to do something for yourself, you will feel so much better! I try to get my nails done or go tanning - it does the trick!
