Heyy! I'm Ella & I'm 21. I always loved working out but with having desk job and sitting 10 hours a day definitely messed with my diet. I just went through Ideal Protein diet program so this is just maintenance stage for me since I've always been bad at recording my stats.

I found this website on accident but love that you can join challenges and recording food doesn't take as much time. Here is to hoping that I can actually do that & I'm excited to meet everyone!

I would suggest vising Pinterest or FoodGawker. Just type in "seafood" or whatever you're in the mood for and it'll give you tons of recipes

Need ideas for more PROTEIN please!
Try having canned chicken or canned tuna. They literally have almost to nothing carbs in them and alot of protein. If you can't stand it by itself, mix canned chicken/tuna with pickles and little bit of mayo. I used to use that as filled for my croissants but since I'm trying to limit my carbs, it tastes great by itself as well!

Hmm interesting topic! I will definitely look into fasting but think 20 minutes of working out seems a little off to me. I do kickboxing regularly and that's an hour class. Take away 15 minutes of intense warmup, you still get about 35 minutes of kickboxing sets

How to tackle comfort eating
I usually try to work out after work so try to have dinner little later. If I don't work out, I try to go out with friends so I wouldn't get home so early. One more tip that I found useful is getting lost in good book or a puzzle. Once I get started on a puzzle, few hours can pass without me noticing and by that time it's already time to go to bed lol
